FS#36074 - Priest Discipline - Shadow Covenant Bugs

There are a few bugs with Shadow Covenant right now

Currently, the talent has no cooldown, when it should have a 30 second cooldown. *Incorrect*

When you cast Shadow Covenant, it is applying atonement to the targets it heals. It should not apply atonement to any targets.

In 7.3.5 there was no cd on shadow covenant, as for the atonement i don't really have an answer.
