FS#36182 - Druid Balance - New Moon

Expected Behavior:

Full Moon should give you 40 AP once casted. Half Moon should give you 20.

Current Behavior:

If you cast all of the new moon spell line in rapid succession you get 10 for new moon, 10 for half moon and 0 for full moon.

Steps to Reproduce:

I believe this has something to do with Half Moon.

Description of the spell:
Deals XXX,XXX damage to the target and reduced damage to all other nearby enemies, and resets Full Moon to New Moon.
Generates 40 Astral Power.
Max 3 charges.
