(1)Healing Light
Should also be able to be procced by
Binding Heal - Log(1) 00:03:13.483
Light of the T’uure - Log(1) 00:03:13.540
(2)Dazzling Light
Should always hit 6 Targets. This applies to:
Prayer of healing & Holy Word: Serenity - Log(2)
Divine Hymn (Activation) - Log(6) 00:08:46.476
(3)Blessed Light
Whenever Blessed light procs, it should heal 5 targets.
This applies to Prayer of Mending.
When using binding heal, a single instance of healing from it should be a blessed light - Log(3) 00:03:13.145
(4)Searing Light/Light Eruption
None of the damaging spells cast by Naaru should be capable of missing
This is shown in log(4) and log(5)
(5)Some of the logs indicate that if a target is full health when being healed by an affect that procs a Naaru effect, than the Naaru heal effect should not go off.

Log
Binding Heal triggers a single Healing Light on a random fucking target.
PoM initial cast triggers a burst of up to 5 Blessed Lights on random fucking targets, I assume Divine Hymn does the same.
Desperate Prayer triggers a single Healing Light, similarly to how the normal ST heals do it, on the same target.
I will also assume that CoH should proc a normal AoE heal.
