Expected Behavior:
Should work (tooltip)
Current Behavior:
Completely borked.
1. it doesn’t replace lava surge (both can proc)
2. if specced into echo of the elements, the cooldown reset part is completely busted
3. if at 1 charge and it procs while casting lava burst, the cast is canceled and you end up at 0 charges/full cd
