Expected Behavior:
Demonic Infusion should instantly activate a charge of Demon Spikes and reset the cooldown of all the remaining charges while also granting 60 Pain.
Current Behavior:
Demonic Infusion grants 60 pain and resets the cooldown of Demon Spikes without activating a charge.
