FS#38870 - Arms Warrior [Artifact] Warbreaker not proccing Shattered Defenses (again?)
Expected Behaviour:
Whenever Warbreaker is used, the Warrior should receive the Shattered Defenses aura/buff.
Current Behaviour:
It used to work, not sure what caused it to break again, currently it doesn’t provide the Shattered Defenses buff.
edit after re-open: Warbreaker should be capable of applying it despite the tooltip specifying it requires CS to do it.
