FS#39714 - Masters of Shadow

I completed the quest “Masters of Shadow” where you kill 3 named mobs, and then rescue Lady Liadrin. After doing the tasks, I ran back to the spot where she should be located, however, she was not there. Relogging did fix the issue, and place me in the correct phase, however, interestingly I was able to pick up the next quest (Keli’dan the Breaker) before turning in Master of Shadow, which ended up continuously spawning the NPC giver every 2 mins or so, who would then play the same animation that you see after picking up the quest “Keli’dan the Breaker”.

The last log out I had was just after walking into the cave to fix the bug shown in this report:
