There are 4 different NPCs with different IDs. Only one is supposed to be a vendor as well according to wowhead.
They have a dialogue <Take a drink> that will give you a Glass of Arcwine rewarding 1 Ancient Mana upon use. They currently offer this dialogue but you can endlessly talk to them and get as many glasses as you want (it stacks to 5 but if you use them, you can talk again to them and get more glasses). You should be able to get 1 glass per NPC only.
Their locations on tauri seems off. I couldn’t find any other Attendant NPC besides the one with 105835 ID (no idea if it’s because I didn’t progress too much into the story).
