180675 guardian gaze is still being cast on you, even though you are on this quest, making you die 100% sure when entering.
Wiping on the Yotnar encounter causes you to get stuck. You can no longer start a new encounter, and the old spawn is removed. On retail the old spawn will stay after a wipe, AND you can still use the console (using console will despawn currently active Yotnar)
Not sure, but by the looks of it, no other characters can do this quest either. I can click the Powered Console, but it does nothing.
Restarting server solved the issue.
