FS#43304 - [Quest] The Portal's Power (34393) - NPCs not properly attacking enemy NPCs

After completing The Portal’s Power and freeing Gul’dan, NPCs (both allied NPCs part of Horde/Alliance Vanguard and enemy Iron Grunt/Shadowmoon Ritualist NPCs) are seen standing around and not targeting nearby enemies and/or fighting with them as they should. Some allied NPCs target enemy Iron Grunt NPCs but do not go to fight with them.

after restart, iron horde will now always attack. NPC allies sometimes not attacking seems blizzlike due to most of them being unable to move. Added spells to all named NPCs aswell.
