-The moment you reach 30 ley energy checkpoints will stop appearing making this uncompletable i ran across entire map not a single checkpoint, I even left world quest area and i was stil mounted.

As you were getting close to that world quest when the ley nodes stopped appearing. So, could be a phasing issue related to Barrels o' Fun.
Actually no because i completed barrels before this
Well, that at least sort of confirms that barrels can indeed only be done once per server restart. They once again would not show up for me when I tried doing it around the time you posted this bug report.
