- Power of the Maelstrom 191861 it says “an additional time”, there is the regular chance for one Lightning Bolt Overload and on top of that it guarantees one. So you could get 2 overloads from one Lightning Bolt. Doesn’t work, you only get the guaranteed one. You can see he gets 2 overloads from one LB in the combat log: https://youtu.be/k1BrUe476jo&t=610
- The buff has 3 stacks, the first 2 casts of Lightning Bolt properly cause an overload every time. The 3rd cast consumes the last stack, but doesn’t always trigger an overload.
- Doesn’t work with the Static Overload 191602 trait, one Lightning Bolt 188196 cast consumes one stack of each buff, but only 1 Lightning Bolt Overload 214816 procs.
