FS#47816 - [Monk] Storm, Earth, and Fire copies seem to not apply Mark of the crane to the enemies
Description
Storm, Earth, and Fire clones should dash around to new targets to apply the Mark of the crane debuff, currently the copies are jumping around seemingly randomly and the Tiger palm, Blackout Kick and Rising sun kick attacks from these clones do not apply the Mark of the crane debuff.
