FS#48198 - [Unholy DK] Pet Ghoul / Abomination bar/spell reset

Ghoul:
1. Ghoul will always reset pet bar spell position upon being summoned
2. Upon logout/login/loading screen, Ghoul will reset bar spell positions + forget what spells were on auto cast
3. Pet abilities on player action bars will get removed upon logout/login/loading screen

Abomination (talent: Sludge Belcher : id: 207313 ):
—All 3 things mentioned about ghoul above also apply to abomination +
4. Upon login Abomination is not automatically summoned like ghoul is
5. Summoning Abomination for the first time after log-in will result in abomination having no spells on pet bar (aside from basic pet commands attack/move, assist/passive etc)
