FS#48668 - Portal Demon Hunter Class Hall

Problem: The access portal to the DH’s classhall can be clicked, making the visual of a DH ability to open it, although nothing else happens afterwards.

How to reproduce:
1) Create a PJ of other class
2) Go to DH portal
3) Click on it
4) You will see the animation to open it

How should it works:
It should not be clickable or be able to enter that class location unless you are a DH
