FS#48912 - storm earth and fire - ww order hall quest

Current behavior:

Putting out Fel Fires doesn’t instantly remove the fire off the ground and no gust of wind animation. (Takes around 30-45 seconds for fire to disappear)

Destroying Tainted Ale Barrels doesn’t give off explosion effect, only the chi burst.

Expected behavior:

Should be a gust of wind and fires should disspiate instantly after blowing them out.

Tainted Ale Barrels should explode after finishing Chi Burst.
