FS#49394 - Demon Hunter Champions lose abilities on rank up

The Demon Hunter Champions: Belath Dawnblade, Kayn Sunfury, Allari the Souleater, Asha Ravensong, Kor’vas Bloodthorn, Altruis the Sufferer, Jace Darkweaver (594, 595, 499, 722, 721, 498, 807). All lose their abilities and specializations when they rank up in quality. Issue most likely extends to: Matron Mother Malevolence, Lady S’theno, Shade of Akama, Akama (720, 990, 719, 718).

Furthermore, Matron Mother Malevolence and Asha Ravensong incorrectly start with their respective specialization locked.
