FS#49710 - Rogue Stealth not being detected

If you press Stealth again as soon as its available you enter a state where you are stealth but can’t use stealth abilities. For example, kill a mob, lose aggro, activate stealth, and you are bugged. This also happened while I was pick pocketing and revealed.

Looks like it bugs out because you're re-stealthing during the Subterfuge buff.
