FS#49752 - Codebreaker - 42503 - Wrong NPC speaking

Dialogue isn’t being printed correctly in the chat. Currently, the one “speaking in the chat” after reading the letter is “Sister Althea Ebonlocke” when it should be “The Herald”.

I'm unsure if the Coded Message you get should be deleted alone or you should destroy it as the Herald says. If left in your inventory then it will prevent you from getting the next Coded Message from the Unseen blade scenario, making you pickpocket guards forever.
