Item doesn’t work at all. Using it consumes a charge but doesn’t apply any buff.
Logging out removes all charges from the item instead of only when the item is used.
When used the item should apply a series of buffs in a fixed order. The order should be as follows:
1 Valeera’s Cunning Potion
2 Taoshi’s Elixir of Speed
3 Tess’ Tonic of Agility
4 Jorach’s Battle Mixture
5 Garona’s Evasive Mixture
6 Tethys’ Endless Energy Potion
Furthermore, if all buffs are present on the Rogue, using a charge adds 30 minutes of duration to a random buff.
All of the buffs should be removed if the Rogue leaves the Broken Isles.
