FS#50236 - Faceless One - 110774

The Faceless One summoned by the item Vial of Dark Shadows doesn’t scale from levels, stats, or item lvl from the player and is currently summoned as lvl 1. It seems to lack any abilities, including an AoE taunt similar to the Lightspawn. It should be able to be summoned inside dungeons but not raids or mythic+, and deal good damage as well as generating significant threat.
