FS#50444 - Incomplete welcome message is being displayed upon entering a dungeon on normal difficulty

When entering a dungeon on Normal difficulty, there is an incomplete welcome message.

Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Set dungeon difficulty to “Normal”.
2. Enter any dungeon that allows normal difficulty. Notice that the text box reads as: “Welcome to <instance name>. Instance locks are scheduled to expire in .”

Expected behavior: The text “Welcome to <instance name>. Instance locks are scheduled to expire in <time remaining>” should only be displayed in Heroic and Mythic difficulties.

You do know that normal dungeons don't get locked... right?

Yes, I know that normal dungeons don't get locked (there was the 2 hour expire, though). Thus, they should not display an incomplete lockout message.
Edited + added new screenshots for expected behavior.
