Right after finishing the fight with Garrosh and the cinematic, you are supposed to get teleported to the stones of prophecy and talk with Durotan.

However you remain in the scenario area, in combat, with untargetable Garrosh following you around.
After reaching near the gate, he does the same on Durotan instead of you.
Moving far away didn’t help in escaping combat, however hearthstone DID fix the combat bug.
