The quest The Pale Threat has to be completed before the player accepts the following two quests: The Fate of Gordawg and The Dark Heart of Oshu'gun.
Currently you can take the next two quests, escape Oshu’gun and then do The Pale Threat leaving you with no NPC to deliver the quest.
