FS#55032 - NPC - Strangle vine
Problem: This NPCs (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=35995/strangle-vine) does not scale with level, several with different levels appear.
How to reproduce:
1) Create goblin lvl 1.
2) Level up and get mission “Weed whacker” (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=14236/weed-whacker).
3) Check NPCs in the area.
How should it works:
The adds should be scaled to the player’s level according to retail.
