FS#55118 - NPC - Corsac fox
Problem: This NPCs (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=53704/corsac-fox) does not scale with level, several with different levels appear.
How to reproduce:
1) Create goblin lvl 1.
2) Level up and look for NPC.
3) Check no-mission NPCs in the area.
How should it works:
The adds should be scaled to the player’s level according to retail.
